Refund & Exchange Policy



At Supplemust, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.


We only provide:


Exchange – if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Store Credit – if an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit of the same value for future purchases.
    • Store credits are valid for 4 months from the date of issue.




Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit


To qualify for an exchange or store credit:


  1. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  3. You’ll need to share photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product when raising the request.



Once verified, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.



Non-Returnable Items



  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional offers
  • Free samples or gifts
